Directions from Appleton:

Go east on Hwy 96 into Kaukauna. Take a left on Lawe St./Hwy 55. After two blocks, take a right on Tobaccnoir St., which will take you to Trinity on the corner of Augustine and Grignon.

Go north on I-41 and take exit #148 for Kaukauna/Seymourr. Take a right on Hwy 55 and continue on Hwy 55 until you get to Lawe St. Take a right on Lawe St. and after three blocks, take a left on Tobaccnoir St., which will take you to Trinity on the corner of Augustine and Grignon.
