Lead Teacher

Do you love working with young children? Do you have a passion for helping others? Trinity Lutheran School in Kaukauna is currently looking for a Lead Teacher.


The Lead Teacher will provide basic care for children ages 3 to 5. The hours are Monday through Friday from 11:15 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. This position is from August to May while school is in session with immediate opening now.  The Lead Teacher only works on days the students are in school.  See school calendar!


Experience with young children is encouraged. Onsite training will be provided. Looking for enthusiastic people who would like to work with children in a Christian learning environment!


❖ Understand and promote our mission while interacting with students, parents, visitors, faculty, and others.

❖ Supervise children with minimal assistance

❖ Be comfortable in working with a variety of children and work with their needs and interests.

❖ Be prepared for the day.  Stay until the last child is picked up, and clean up any areas used

Teacher Aide

Trinity Lutheran School in Kaukauna, WI is looking for a Teacher’s Aide for the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. This is an on-site, part-time position (approximately 7 hours/day; 7:30 a.m-2:30 p.m).



Trinity Lutheran School is Christ-centered Education that uses developmentally appropriate practices through play with High Scope Curriculum. Our state-licensed teachers strive to build relationships with students and families using Christian Love. Children are given opportunities to gain independent skills while learning academic skills, such as pre-literacy and number sense.



The teacher's aide will be assisting the lead teacher with daily tasks and responsibilities. This includes interacting with children, preparing snacks, helping teach children about numbers, colors, and shapes, and encouraging independent self-help skills. An aide also evaluates students' social development and physical well-being, and should be prepared to take on the role of lead teacher when needed.



You will be working directly with your classroom teacher, with a Director overseeing the school. 



August 25, 2021 (onsite training to take place beforehand) 



Through the school year (August-May) and with a few potential professional development days in the summer.
